When you arrive at Moss & Black you’ll immediately experience a sense of comfort.

We designed our space to feel like home so relax into it.

Arriving to your appointment a tad early will allow you time to enjoy one of our many gourmet snacks and complimentary beverages including coffee, tea, sparkling water, beer, wine + bubbly (after all, its 5 o’clock somewhere). Before we meet we need a little info from you. Fill out the required new guest form below and then follow the prompts to book your appointment.

We want to know your hair goals before you arrive to your appointment. By uploading a current photo and an inspiration pics to make sure you are scheduled for the right service to get the best results and helps us get to know you and your hair a little better. Your appointment is not confirmed until we receive these photos.

Online Booking Instructions
 Our new system makes it very easy to schedule your appointments online 24 hours a day.

You can schedule by selecting Individual Appointment, then First Time Guests from the online menus.  You will see a list of options:

  • New Guest - Consult Only

  • New Guest - Haircut Only

  • Color

  • Blonde Highlights

  • Color - with Jenn Mosblech

  • Blonde Highlights - with Jenn Mosblech

 

There are descriptions within each service. Once you choose the service that best fits your hair goals, there will be options to add a haircut and to select a complimentary treatment.  Lastly, scroll to the bottom of the page to select your stylist, "WHICH PROFESSIONAL?".

 

Be sure to finish scheduling the appointment by hitting the "Next" button, creating a login (we need to know who is coming), selecting a time and date that works best, then hitting the "Complete" button.  You will then receive an email confirmation that verifies the appointment was created!

Terms & Conditions
 

Before you schedule your appointment online, we ask that you please observe and agree to the following:

  • The time you see allotted for your appointment is an estimate.  If you have any time restraints please let us know by adding a note to your service.

  • CANCELATIONS and LATE ARRIVALS: 

    • Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a $25 fee. 

    • Any No Shows will be charged $25 at your next appointment. 

    • To cancel an appointment: You will have received a confirmation email, at the bottom of that email is a "Manage Appointment" button.  Use that button to cancel your appointment during the approved cancellation period. If you are are cancelling on short notice, please text us 704-975-1499 to cancel so you are not considered a No Show.
