Hey there! My name is Emma. I'm a Waxhaw native, born and raised. I've been licensed for six years. I'm understanding, supportive, and honest. I'm always there to encourage and help others, and I tend to be pretty calm in stressful situations.

 

When it comes to hair, my favorite services to do are hair color, from blonding to dimensional brunettes and redheads, and keratin treatments. I truly care about the well-being of my clients and always remember the little things. I love connecting on a personal level, being real with them, and having lots of laughs with my clients. I enjoy building meaningful relationships. I like to keep things real.

 

I've never been out of the country, but it's on my bucket list along with buying a house and going skydiving. I'm an Enneagram number four, so I'm a natural at reading people and always try to look at things from different perspectives.

 

When I'm not in the salon, you can find me watching Hulu and anime or jamming out to alternative music. I love a Bacardi and Coke, and a good escape room night is just the kind of fun I need to recharge my batteries. I really love my days off when I'm hanging with my best friend, Danielle—who also happens to work with me at Moss & Black—I'm a lucky girl. Did you know I'm a fur-mama too? I have a little baby Taz. I love this little guy more than anything. I enjoy taking him on walks or spending time with my fiancé.

 

Speaking of, I got married in October 2023, and I couldn't be more excited! I just knew he was the one from the start. I wanted to be a teacher when I was younger, but I found my true calling in hairdressing.
