Hey there, Beautiful! I'm Regina Arndt, and I'm so glad you stopped by to learn a little more about me. I'm a fitness fanatic who has a love for all things health and wellness.

 

Born and raised on Long Island, I made my way down to North Carolina to attend Wingate University in... well, let's just say a long time ago. I graduated with a BS in Sports Medicine and became a certified personal trainer. Yes, I love burpees, and yes, I know that's crazy!

 

I have owned and operated Gunn's Fitness since 2009. I absolutely love personal training and teaching boot camp classes. I have been extremely blessed with the most amazing FITFAM a girl could ask for. We work hard, we laugh, we give back in a big way, and we celebrate with Prosecco.

 

So, what am I doing here? GREAT question.

 

I have always been fascinated with esthetics. Chemical peels, anti-aging treatments, a good facial that'll put you to sleep—I have loved it all! And after both my babies were in school full time, I decided it was time to pursue another career! So here I am, a licensed esthetician ready to serve you!

 

I am obsessed with researching and learning about the most effective anti-aging treatments. I want to help people of all ages learn about their skin, learn how to take care of it, prevent early aging, and work towards repairing years of damage. My goal is for you to realize just how beautiful your skin really is! That is why my spa is named Bella Pelle. It means BEAUTIFUL SKIN!

 

When I'm not training or loving on beautiful skin, I'm spending time with my amazing husband and two sweet girls. Our most favorite place to be is Aruba with our feet in the sand.
