WELCOME NEW GUESTS
If this will be your first visit to Moss & Black Salon and Spa, we will first have you complete the online New Guest appointment request form. You can go directly to that form by hitting the "New Client Profile Form" button below.
The last button on that form, "Book Your Appointment" will take you to our online scheduling system. You can schedule by selecting Individual Appointment, then First Time Guests from the online menus. You will see a list of options:

There are descriptions within each service. Once you choose the service that best fits your hair goals, there will be other options (haircuts, treatments) that you can add . Lastly, scroll to the bottom of the page to select your stylist, "WHICH PROFESSIONAL?".
Be sure to finish scheduling the appointment by hitting the "Next" button, creating a login (we need to know who is coming), selecting a time and date that works best, then hitting the "Complete" button. You will then receive an email confirmation that verifies the appointment was created!
PLEASE NOTE:
Photos must be uploaded in your New Client Profile Form. We need a photo of your current hair and an inspiration photo to make sure you are scheduled for the right service to get your ideal results. The photo of your current hair needs to be a back or side view from root to tip. We do love to see your gorgeous faces, but for this, we need to see your hair. Your hair does not need to be clean or styled, just down.

Before you schedule your appointment online, we ask that you please observe and agree to the following:

The time you see allotted for your appointment is an estimate. If you have any time restraints please let us know by adding a note to your service.

CANCELATIONS and LATE ARRIVALS:

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a $50 fee or 50% of service, whichever is less. To be paid at your next appointment.

Any No Shows will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, to be paid before your next appointment.

To cancel an appointment: You will have received a confirmation email, at the bottom of that email is a "Manage Appointment" button. Use that button to cancel your appointment during the approved cancellation period. If you are are cancelling on short notice, please text us 704-975-1499 to cancel so you are not considered a No Show.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR APPTS BTW NOV 1-DEC 31:

Any appointment cancelled with less than 4 days notice will be subject to a $100 fee, to be paid at your before your appointment. This fee will be waived if next appointment is after Dec. 31.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a $150 fee. To be paid before your next appointment. This fee will be reduced to $50 fee or 50% of service, whichever is less, if next appointment is after Dec. 31.

Any No Shows will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, to be paid before your next appointment.
