Moss & Black Salon and Spa is a combination of beauty professionals that are booth renters and commission based employees. Our mission is to provide a salon culture that is a family. Where you're able to work a schedule that fits into your lifestyle while earning an income you're proud of.

We believe you work to live, but shouldn't live to work. That is why none of our stylists work more than 4 days per week and we offer flexible scheduling.
Commission stylists are required to work 4 days a week, but can earn a part-time schedule based on performance
Booth renters will pay rent weekly based on their scheduled days. All booth renters will be contracted for 2-4 days.
While our space is gorgeous, our team is the most beautiful piece of Moss & Black. Our beauty professionals are driven, inspired, caring and take their career seriously.
We are careful with who we bring in to the salon. Those who are unmotivated, negative or don't care to connect with the rest of the group won't be invited to join our team. You can have peace of mind in knowing that if you choose to work with us as a commission or booth rental stylist, you'll love the people working to your left and your right.
Get ready to spoil your clients rotten. Our team chooses to embrace our 5 service standards which ensures our guest experience is second to none for all guests who come to the salon.
We proudly provide, towels, drapes, robes, backbar, retail for sale, station products, a full espresso bar, stocked snacks and a selection of shared use clips, tint brushes, bowls
and wisks for your use.
We also have a gorgeous social media page to help promote your business, offer optional marketing campaigns and you'll love welcoming your guests to our inviting salon.
