CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR

APPOINTMENTS BETWEEN NOV 1-DEC 31: 

​

  • Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $100 fee, to be paid before your next appointment.  This fee will be waived if next appointment is after January 3rd.

  • Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a $150 fee.  To be paid before your next appointment.  This fee will be reduced to $50 fee or 50% of service, whichever is less, if next appointment is after Dec. 31.

​

  • Any No Call No Shows will be charged $50 fee or 50% of service, whichever is less, to be paid before your next appointment.  These appointments cannot be rescheduled until January.
